Putting Providers First Also Helps Payers

When Gateway EDI was first established, provider automation was appreciated as much by payers as by providers. Payers would supply financial incentives to companies like Gateway EDI to help defray costs. Why? Because clearinghouse services saved payers money, eliminating the need for payer employees to data enter claims, deal with a myriad of format issues, and handle the expensive process of rejections.

Kudos to Scholarship Applicants & Winners

Gateway EDI is pleased to announce the winners of the 2007 scholarship program for clients and employee dependents. This year marks the 5th anniversary of our program, as well as an expansion that includes three $1,000 Continuing Education Awards for our clients. We had four scholarship recipients in all, selected according to the quality of their recommendation letter, the type of educational program chosen, grades, and need.

2nd Quarter 99% Club Tips

Each quarter, we recognize clients who have achieved 99% Club member status. To earn membership, a practice must maintain a 1% or lower claim submission error rate for every month of a quarter. These practices have also been Gateway EDI clients for at least six months and submit over 200 claims per month.
